BOSTON

It was my first time in Boston recently, and I loved the city. I went with my good friend Liz who is from there, so she was the perfect tour guide and showed me the best of the city. We stayed with her family in Framingham, (which was beautiful suburbia outside of the city), and commuted to and from the city every day. I listed a few of my Boston highlights below, also check out my Boston video! BOSTON HIGHLIGHTS North End Boston North End is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Boston, known for it’s Italian American population and Italian restaurants. It’s basically like Boston’s “Little Italy”. We stopped by the famous Mike’s Pastries for cannolis, as well as hit up Bricco, a popular Italian find dining restaurant, which was delicious. North End has lots of great food, so go hungry! Biking along the Esplanade All around the city were bike rentals that you can rent by machine. We rented bikes and rode along the Esplanade, a pathway along the Charles River during sunset. …

JORDAN

My trip to Jordan was an adventure. My family and I crossed the border from walking from Israel to Jordan. We went through both Israeli and Jordanian customs and walked through to Aqaba, Jordan. When we walked through the border, we got into a cab and drove to our hotel and stayed in Aqaba for one night. I remember just laying on the warm sand at night looking up at the sky and thinking I’ve never seen stars so bright. The sky was so clear I could see the Milky Way. There was no electricity, no lights, no people, no buildings- nothing for miles. We were literally in the middle of the desert. The next morning we went to Petra. It is …

NEW BEGINNINGS

I realized that I don’t ever really share a lot of personal things about me on my blog. I never really post about what’s going on in my life, or anything really about ME, except my love for travel & food. I guess because this was my travel and food blog, I never felt the need to be personal. But I feel the need to share some things now. Everyday I get asked the question how I do it.  Everyone wants to know how I travel for a living and make it my job. They see me all over the world in pictures by myself and don’t understand. I’m going to break it down for you. I have been employed by E! Entertainment since 2010, immediately after I graduated and got my degree at UCLA. I worked in production on a few shows, and landed a steady job on E! Fashion Police in 2011. I worked a 9-5 on Fashion Police for over 4 years producing for the show.  I saved my money and any time …
