HOW I STAY IN SHAPE WHILE TRAVELING

Everyday I get asked the same question: How I stay in shape while I travel, and also how I stay fit eating the way that I do. I really hope after people read this they don’t completely hate me, but I’m going to tell the truth on my daily eating habits, as well as how I eat when I travel. If you know me or watch my snap chats, you know that I do NOT eat healthy and can eat an obscene amount of food in one sitting. I was the girl in high school having Taco Bell eating contests with guys, and winning. Those that also know me know that I HATE working out, and I actually don’t. My good friends joke they want to submit me to the government for scientific testing on how it’s possible that I’m not over weight and 300 pounds lol. I’ve always joked that I have a tape worm in my stomach named Norman, although it wouldn’t be funny if that were really the case. How I’m not …

MONACO

After spending two weeks in Italy, I spent a couple days in the South of France with two of my girlfriends for my belated birthday. We spent 2 nights in Nice, and then Monaco for one night. Monaco a sovereign city-state located along the French Riviera. We wanted to visit Monte Carlo, which is a very prestigious area in Monaco where the famous Monte Carlo Casino is, along with the beautiful Hotel & Cafe De Paris. Monte Carlo is extravagant and expensive, but very beautiful. My girls and I spent the day walking around Monte Carlo, laying by our hotel beach and pool at the Le Meridien Beach Plaza, and went to Nikki Beach on the rooftop of the Fairmont Hotel to have a few drinks later in the day. We had an amazing dinner at Cipriani’s (the chilean sea bass was the best fish I ever had), and went out to a club to celebrate my friend and I’s birthdays. We had so much fun! Monaco & Monte Carlo is definitely a place worth seeing, …

NEW YORK FASHION WEEK

I took a quick break from my travels and flew into NY for Fashion Week to field produce for E! Fashion Police. Like I mentioned in a previous post, I have been producing on the show for the past 4.5 years, and finally decided to leave and pursue my career as a full time blogger. I love the energy and excitement of the city during fashion week, and also missed my coworkers who are like my family, so I decided to reunite with my team and field produce for Fashion Police for the week. Fashion Week is always crazy- there is so much going on. I was producing at runway shows, after parties and produced the E!/FP NYFW kickoff party. Below are some shots from the week!

TURKEY

Turkey is a beautiful country with so much to see. I was only able to spend a few days there so only had time to visit Istanbul and Cappadocia–two completely different cities but unique in their own ways. Istanbul has been considered one of the most interesting cities in the world and as soon as you get there you see why. Istanbul is the only city that straddles the border of two different continents – take a boat ride on the Bosphorus Strait and you can be in Asia or Europe in a matter of minutes. It is the most populous city in Turkey and the energy of the city is electric and buzzing with a mix of people from all over the world. I stayed in the Old City, a short distance from the city’s major landmarks like the Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar (definitely the top three must see’s in Istanbul). I had a friend from Istanbul show me around the city, so I got to experience the city as a …
