HOW I STAY IN SHAPE WHILE TRAVELING

Everyday I get asked the same question: How I stay in shape while I travel, and also how I stay fit eating the way that I do. I really hope after people read this they don’t completely hate me, but I’m going to tell the truth on my daily eating habits, as well as how I eat when I travel. If you know me or watch my snap chats, you know that I do NOT eat healthy and can eat an obscene amount of food in one sitting. I was the girl in high school having Taco Bell eating contests with guys, and winning. Those that also know me know that I HATE working out, and I actually don’t. My good friends joke they want to submit me to the government for scientific testing on how it’s possible that I’m not over weight and 300 pounds lol. I’ve always joked that I have a tape worm in my stomach named Norman, although it wouldn’t be funny if that were really the case. How I’m not …

NEW YORK FASHION WEEK

I took a quick break from my travels and flew into NY for Fashion Week to field produce for E! Fashion Police. Like I mentioned in a previous post, I have been producing on the show for the past 4.5 years, and finally decided to leave and pursue my career as a full time blogger. I love the energy and excitement of the city during fashion week, and also missed my coworkers who are like my family, so I decided to reunite with my team and field produce for Fashion Police for the week. Fashion Week is always crazy- there is so much going on. I was producing at runway shows, after parties and produced the E!/FP NYFW kickoff party. Below are some shots from the week!

NEW BEGINNINGS

I realized that I don’t ever really share a lot of personal things about me on my blog. I never really post about what’s going on in my life, or anything really about ME, except my love for travel & food. I guess because this was my travel and food blog, I never felt the need to be personal. But I feel the need to share some things now. Everyday I get asked the question how I do it.  Everyone wants to know how I travel for a living and make it my job. They see me all over the world in pictures by myself and don’t understand. I’m going to break it down for you. I have been employed by E! Entertainment since 2010, immediately after I graduated and got my degree at UCLA. I worked in production on a few shows, and landed a steady job on E! Fashion Police in 2011. I worked a 9-5 on Fashion Police for over 4 years producing for the show.  I saved my money and any time …

HAUTE LIVING- A HAUTE GUIDE TO EVERYTHING LUXE IN ISRAEL

I wrote an exclusive article for Haute Living about my thoughts and experience on Israel. I wanted to share it on my blog as well if you haven’t checked it out! Click here if you want to view it on the Haute Living website. Israel is one of the most fascinating and beautiful destinations in the world. Despite it’s rich history, culture and rapid growth, Israel along with much of the Middle East remains an untouchable warzone in the minds and media of most western countries. Growing up immersed in Israeli culture and surrounded by my Israel family, I feel extremely connected to Israel. Looking back on the summers I spent exploring the country, I feel a sense of nostalgia and appreciation for my homeland. Through media and misconception, the beauty and magic of Israel is largely lost behind a constant portrayal of war and terrorism. I constantly get asked the same questions about safety and if I’m scared to go, beyond that point people seem to be unaware of what Israel has to offer. That …
